It's our golden rule and it's non-negotiable: before the margin, before the sale, comes the satisfied customer. Everything else is built on that — and when something goes off-script, we answer for it, not the customer.
Our DNA is executed through the Solutions Desk: a team designed to assign every traveler a concierge available 24/7 for ANY need — a midnight flight change, a last-minute booking, or an emergency thousands of miles from home.

Our Journey
2008
Harry is 19. He registers World Class Vacations Corp on Brickell Avenue and starts selling vacations to Hispanic families nobody else was serving properly.
2012
Harry takes the family agency and turns it into Play Advertising — one of the largest nationwide direct-response media buyers of its era.
2014
TravelMania launches in the United States. Harry moves to Santo Domingo and opens Beachwood Investments.
2016
TravelMania sponsors the Daytona 24.
2020
TravelCloud launches in the middle of the pandemic.
2021
Roc Luxe opens on January 1st in Tulum.
2025
Callhub S.A.S. opens in Bogotá.
2026
Vía Getaways launches — the newest brand in the portfolio.

Founder & CMO
Harry opened his first travel company in Miami at 19, on Brickell Avenue. Eighteen years and one pattern later — find the underserved market, build the operation behind it, stand behind the product — that approach has produced Play Advertising, Beachwood Santo Domingo (2014–2020), the Roc Luxe hospitality brand, TravelCloud, and in 2026 Vía Getaways. As Founder & CMO, he runs the brand strategy that ties every chapter together.

Chairman, Consultant & Compliance Officer
Fernando Bauza came up in vacation ownership sales in the 1990s and built the Bau-Ben Group out of it — a fulfillment and brokerage operation that bridged vendors and resorts at industry scale. Decades inside the business have made his judgment the anchor of every operational decision we make. He's also a C-suite executive at Everyware, a merchant processing company. On the TravelMania board he wears three hats: Chairman, hands-on consultant, compliance officer.

Director & Consultant
Maria graduated number one in her class with a doctorate in Computer Science from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1984. Two decades at PDVSA. In 2002 she restarted from zero in the United States. Eleven years ago, after weathering the 2008 mortgage crisis without abandoning a single client, she founded Sunlife Insurance — today Simple Solutions — and grew it past 4,000 active customers. What she brings to the TravelMania board is the operational discipline of someone who has done this twice, from scratch.
