1. Who we are

TravelMania LLC ("TravelMania", "we") is a travel agency based in Miami, Florida, operating since 2010. We are registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel (Florida Seller of Travel Ref. No. SOT-42001) and hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

We act as an intermediary between you and independent travel suppliers (hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, operators, and insurers). We do not own or operate those services.

2. Bookings and payments

By confirming a booking you agree that:

• All information you provide (names, dates, documents) is accurate and complete.
• Prices are confirmed at the time of payment and may change until a booking is paid and confirmed.
• Flexible payment plans follow the schedule agreed at purchase; a missed payment may affect your booking.
• Certain deposits and fees are non-refundable per the relevant supplier's policies.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to each supplier's policies, plus any applicable TravelMania service fee. We will disclose the specific conditions before confirming your booking.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment against cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events.

4. Documentation and traveler responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Holding a valid passport, visas, vaccinations, and any other documentation required for your destination.
• Verifying each country's entry and health requirements before travel.
• Arriving on time for airports, departure points, and transfers.
• Checking that all names and details on your itinerary match your official documents.

5. Limitation of liability

TravelMania acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, damages, delays, itinerary changes, or defaults of those suppliers, nor for events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount of service fees you paid us directly.

6. Florida Seller of Travel disclosure

TravelMania LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Reference Number: SOT-42001.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, logos, images, and design — is owned by TravelMania LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. It may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
